How to add Branch Apiaries to eReturn

The easiest way to deal with these is to give the entry a local number   - S001 for example and put in the apiary managers address (or yours) complete with postcode etc.  Perhaps put the first line of the address as Apiary Hives, to distinguish between these and your own colonies.  Use the person's email address as well and then the certificate can be emailed with all the others.  The apiary is effect treated as a 'member'

Timings for Closing the Spring Return

The Spring Return should include all members who have paid up to and including the 31st March 2014.  You have until 30th April to complete the final members, close the return and submit the payment.

The closing of the return is done from the return detail page - This option is only available to the approver from your association, which in most cases is the treasurer rather than the membership secretary.  This will generate an invoice and remittance advice with details of the member payments via email to you.
